A gift from a Twinkie Manatee

This is my submission for the contest being held by for their OC's birthday gift. 
It's of my Twinkie Manatee bringing them some nice shiny treasures from their underwater palace. Gift wrapped of course. 
This one didn't start out like this. In fact, there's a separate one that has a very scenic underwater background, and the Twinkie Manatee in the foreground. The only thing missing was the character KA'Ex. 
So, I had to start all over. I had to draw their character in with the already existing colored Twinkie Manatee. The background is new, and I made the Manatee in the water, and their character looking down at them as they float up from the sea. The water effects I think came out so so, and it was frustrating because the power kept shutting off over here, so i didn't have much time to work on it like I had wanted to. Not to mention I'm a bit exhausted. But I at least like how their OC came out, as they look rather nice. 
Overall this came out okay in my opinion. Enjoy.
